THE WAR - Outline by Evangelist and Prophetic Teacher Heidi Rasnow

It is vital to have the mind of Christ as we navigate through troubled waters in these perilous times. America is in a battle, not just for her soul, but for her spirit. When life was breathed into this nation 400 years ago, its Judeo-Christian founders created her and dedicated her to be a nation in Covenant with God just as Israel has been for thousands of years. A nation that belongs to God has a Divine destiny and purpose, as do each of its individual citizens. We are all born for such a time as this. Nothing is by mistake. It is vital now that all Believing citizens (those who believe in God, His Covenants, and the fulfillment of God’s destiny for this nation) arise as a mighty spiritual army to bring forth the “Salvation of our Nation” in the midst of global darkness and distress (Isaiah 60:1-3).

When a recent American leader began calling American citizens “folks,” it was by design—wordsmithing to separate the “commoners” from the elite ruling class—“us” and “them.” Satan, the god of this world, is working through people in positions of great power, to seduce and train masses of “folks” (defined in The New Century Dictionary © 1938 as common people; an aggregation of people in relation to a superior, as a god or king) to steal, kill, and destroy in an attempt to abort America’s destiny. Believers are not “folks”—we are children of the Most High God, in Everlasting Covenant with Him, and joint-heirs with Christ!

'A nation that belongs to God has a Divine destiny and purpose, as do each of its individual citizens. We are all born for such a time as this. Nothing is by mistake.'

We are defying a well-planned and organized global takeover, masterminded by Satan himself. It is fought on two fronts: internally as struggles within our souls and bodies, and externally as national and global laws and politics. Satan is all too aware that he is no match for God and God’s people, after his humiliating defeat in hell by Jesus. He is terrified of the Body of Christ’s potential to rise up into the fullness of her stature (Ephesians 4:13, John 1:12-13, Matthew 28:18-20 and Revelation 12:11) and is using all tactics he can to attack us, divide us, and try to keep us from knowing who we really are and the power we have to destroy him and take back the kingdoms of this world with and for our Commander-in-Chief, King Jesus.

Therefore, our real battle is not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:10-18 and 2 Corinthians 10:3-5). We must always remember who we are because of Whose we are, and that our God ALWAYS causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus because: (1) greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world; (2) as He is, so are we in this world; (3) we can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13); and (4) He is the Lord, the God of ALL flesh, and nothing is too difficult for Him (Jeremiah 32:27)!

There are counterfeit tactics the enemy uses in AN ATTEMPT to neutralize us (Ephesians 6:11 and 1 Peter 5:8-9), including: (1) Distractions such as “Identity Politics” intended to throw Believers off-focus by inciting us to identify with our “earthsuits” and corresponding carnal natures that we are told to crucify (Galatians 5:24). Instead, we should be studying the Scriptures and fellowshipping with our Father God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit to learn who we really are and how to thrive as God’s beloved sons and daughters (John 1:12 and 2 Peter 1:4), full of His love, joy, peace, and power in the midst of darkness. (2) “Constant Chaos” intended to keep us emotionally unbalanced, focusing on and magnifying the waves of grievous events in stormy waters. Instead, we should magnify God through praise, enlarging Him far greater than the hardships which we are called and empowered to speak to as Jesus did, using His Name (Mark 4:39). (3) Leading the nation by a “Spirit of Fear” intended to blind the gullible to accept the unacceptable and not use common sense (2 Timothy 1:7). Instead, we should rebuke that spirit and ask the Holy Spirit to fill us with God’s love and peace (1 John 4:15-18), so we see and hear all things from a higher perspective, thus obtaining God’s wisdom, guidance, and direction to overcome. (4) Deceiving the masses and putting them in bondage through Lies and False Teachings intended to make people lose hope and faith. Instead, we must study to know the Truth, for it makes us free and strong (John 8:31-32 and Daniel 11:32).

'We are defying a well-planned and organized global takeover, masterminded by Satan himself. It is fought on two fronts: internally as struggles within our souls and bodies, and externally as national and global laws and politics.'

The following are some of the gifts and weapons God has given us to become “more than conquerors” (Romans 8:37) in this world:

  1. Power of Knowing God’s Blood Covenant Identity: because young David really knew who he was—his identity defined through his Blood Covenant with God marked by circumcision—he was able to fearlessly challenge and slay a giant Goliath (1 Samuel 17:26-37). Today we have a new Blood Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31-34; Ephesians 2:12 and Hebrews chapters 8-12) with exceeding great and precious promises through the Blood of Jesus.

  2. Power of the Blood of the Covenant: (Revelation 12:11; Deuteronomy 8:18 and Hebrews 13:20-21)

  3. Power of Communion: this establishes we are in Blood Covenant with God; we are forgiven, in right standing with God, and heir of all the Covenant promises in Deuteronomy 28:1-14, and 1 Corinthians 11:23-26

  4. Power of Faith: Calling those things that be not as though they are (Romans 4:all; Mark 11:22-23; 2 Chronicles 20:20; and Hebrews 11:all)

  5. Power of Repentance: (Deuteronomy 4:30; 2 Chronicles 7:14; and 1 John 1:9)

  6. Power of Thought: (Genesis 11:6); As a man thinks in his heart so he is (Proverbs 23:7), and God’s thoughts toward us (Jer. 29:11-12)

  7. Power of Vision: (Habakkuk 2:2-3 and Proverbs 29:18)

  8. Power of Words: (Phil 4:4-9, Matthew 12:36-37)

  9. Power of [Intercessory] Prayer: (James 5:15; Jeremiah 33:3; Acts 12:1-7; Philippians 4:6-7; 1 John 5:14-15)

  10. Power of Praise: (Psalm 100:4 and Matthew 21:16)

  11. Power of Grace: (Zechariah 4:6-7 and Ephesians 2:4-7)

  12. Power of Love: (1 Corinthians 13:all; Job 22:30, and I John 4:15-18)

  13. Power of Knowing the Word of God: (Romans 2:16-17 and Hebrews 4:12)

  14. Power of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit: (Acts 1:5,8; 1 Corinthians 12:all)

  15. Power of Agreement (Matthew 18:19-20)

  16. Power of Command (Zechariah 4:6-7; with Mark 4:39 and 11:21-26)

  17. Power of WEARING the FULL Armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18)

  18. Power of Decrees/Declarations: it is good to write them down, and declare them often (Job 22:28-30) using God’s Words makes it much more powerful and effective (Isaiah 55:11)

'Deceiving the masses and putting them in bondage through Lies and False Teachings intended to make people lose hope and faith. Instead, we must study to know the Truth, for it makes us free and strong... '

                                                              Decrees and Declarations

I am using America as an example.

According to Job 22:28:

  1. I decree that America shall be saved and return to her Covenant roots with God!

  2. I decree that no weapon that is formed against America shall prosper, and every tongue that rises in Judgment against her shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17)

  3. I decree that America can do all things through Christ who strengthens her (Philippians 4:13).

  4. I decree all of Psalm 91 over America [read it out]

  5. I decree that God sent His Word and healed America, and delivered her from her destruction (Psalm 107:20)

  6. I decree that the Deuteronomy 28:1-14 blessings fall upon America.

  7. I decree, according to Psalm 41:1-3 grace and mercy for America because she has helped the poor; therefore the Lord will deliver her in her time of trouble. The Lord will preserve her and keep her alive, and she shall be blessed upon the earth. You will not deliver America to the will of her enemies.

  8. I decree, according to Psalm 112 that wealth and riches abound in the houses of America’s citizens. Light arises in the darkness among the Believers in America who are gracious and full of compassion. America guides her affairs with discretion. She shall not be moved forever, nor be afraid of evil tidings. America’s heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord. America’s heart is established; she shall not be afraid, until she see her desires upon her enemies. America has dispersed; she has given to the poor; therefore her righteousness endures forever; her horn shall be exalted with honor. The wicked shall see it and be grieved; they shall gnash with their teeth, and melt away. The desire of the wicked shall perish.

  9. I decree the righteous are never forsaken, nor are their offspring begging bread.

  10. I decree that America calls on God and He answers her, and shows her great and mighty things that she does not know (Jeremiah 33:3).

  11. I decree that America’s latter days are greater than her former, and that she fulfills her destiny in the earth.

  12. I decree, according to 2 Timothy 2:25-26 that America asks for and receives God’s gift of repentance to the acknowledging of the truth, so that she can recover herself from the snare of the devil, being taken captive by him at his will.

  13. I decree, according to Psalm 103, that America blesses the Lord, and all within her bless the Lord; therefore she does not forget God’s benefits, Who forgives all her iniquities and heals all her diseases; Who redeems her life from destruction; Who crowns her with loving-kindness and tender mercies; Who satisfies her mouth with good things so that her youth is renewed like the eagles.

  14. I decree the Believers are not weary in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. According to Isaiah 40:28-31, as we wait upon the Lord, He renews our strength. We run and are not weary; we walk and do not faint.

  15. I decree that America has hope and it anchors her soul and produces faith in a glorious outcome! But the wicked have their hope deferred, so their hearts are sick.

  16. I decree, according to Numbers 6:26 that the Lord blesses and keeps America; the Lord makes His Face shine upon America and is gracious to her; the Lord lifts up His Countenance upon America and gives her Peace.
